I am a Shipley trained proposal writer, and most recently wrote over 50 successful bids for the e-scooter company Lime in a span of four years. I own the complete life cycle of a proposal’s development, including:
Analyzing and parsing an RFP/RFQ/RFI for the relevant proposal requirements and for discrepancies that I will clarify through the Q&A process.
Organizing and leading the stakeholder team meetings throughout the proposal’s development.
Writing and editing the proposal document’s outline, interim drafts, and final draft.
Interviewing cross-functional stakeholders for “show don’t tell” data of success metrics.

Event reporting articles that I wrote and published to Medium on behalf of the Service Design Network for virtual talks in 2021.
This playbook was the culmination of my documentation research for the Residential Zoning Plan Reviewer role. The original documentation and guidance for the role took the form of a myriad of PDFs, webpages, handwritten lists, and verbal institutional knowledge.
This playbook intends to:
serve as a single source of truth for the zoning review process
create a template for an onboarding process
establish departmental roles and responsibilities
