This writing sample depicts my comfort with restructuring a technical consultant’s writing, so that the press release ultimately:
Has a clear lede
Conveys appropriate context, action items, and timelines to the reader
Omits jargon and confusing filler statements.
This playbook was the culmination of my documentation research for the Residential Zoning Plan Reviewer role. The original documentation and guidance for the role took the form of a myriad of PDFs, webpages, handwritten lists, and verbal institutional knowledge.
This playbook intends to:
serve as a single source of truth for the zoning review process
create a template for an onboarding process
establish departmental roles and responsibilities
